Lynn Macan

Consultant

Lynn has worked in K-12 public education for 30 years. She has served as a school counselor, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent, as well as superintendent of schools.  She has worked within rural, urban and suburban school districts during her service. The development of human capital, cohesive systems, and leadership has been central to her work.

Lynn facilitates training for teachers and leaders in instructional improvement, teacher and principal evaluation processes, and systems development. Lynn also provides coaching for leaders.  She serves as a reviewer and evaluator for the State and National Schools of Character Awards.

Lynn holds a doctorate from the University at Albany in Educational Administration & Policy, and teaches within the Educational Administration & Policy department at the University at Albany.  She can be reached at  lynnm@lciltd.org.
