LCI provides professional development programs and services for schools, districts and other educational organizations. We offer a variety of learner-centered and standards-based curriculum, instruction and assessment design programs. We conduct a variety of assessments and evaluations to understand our client needs and goals, determine the best strategies for addressing them, and monitor the impact of our work. We also support districts' organizational development, strategic planning and design needs with a variety of technical support services, consultations and workshops.

From awareness level keynotes and seminars to skill-building workshops and multi-year design initiatives, LCI programs are customized to meet the unique needs of each client, and are known for their rigor, responsiveness and results. Programs range from initial needs assessments to ongoing assessment and monitoring, and include the integration of technology as appropriate.

Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric
LCI's Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric was designed to promote the development of quality professional practice by supporting assessment, reflection, feedback, goal-setting and evaluation. We also provide tools and programs to support the MPPR evaluation system.
LCI works with our clients to design and conduct audits that allow us to analyze practices, processes and programs related to key client questions and needs.
